Fleece
PE fleece offers a smooth outer surface; cotton CVC fleece has a different feel and composition. Compare the options on our fleece fabric page.
Baby Terry
A looped inner surface and a lighter feel than many fleece options.
Tricot
A smooth knit for a sport-inspired finish.
Duchess Satin
A smooth fabric with a sheen for a different varsity look.
Taslan

Synthetic or Genuine Leather
Discuss leather-look or genuine leather sleeves when the design and order specifications call for them. Material selection and availability will be confirmed before quotation.
Finish the Details
Lining
A taffeta satin lining gives the inside a neat finish; quilt lining adds thickness and warmth. An unlined version may be possible depending on the outer fabric and decoration. See our lining options.

Quilt Lining
A thicker option for additional warmth and structure.
No lining: An unlined version may be lighter, but embroidery backing and the inside of the outer fabric can remain visible. Ask us whether it suits your chosen design.

Choose plain or striped ribknit for the collar, cuffs and hem. Available colours and the closest achievable shade match depend on the material and order details.

We can review embroidery, embroidered patches, printed patches, chenille, appliqué and DTF printing according to your artwork, fabric and quantity. Large varsity letters and detailed multicolour designs can require different techniques. We will confirm the suitable method and placement in the design specification.

Sizes and Fit
Use the size chart and measurement guide below to collect each wearer’s size. Sizes can generally be mixed within the same jacket design. Please check the measurements and confirm the final breakdown before production. If your group needs children’s or special sizes, tell us when requesting a quotation so we can check feasibility.

Can you make one varsity jacket first for approval?
A first jacket can be arranged after the full order is confirmed, if requested in advance. It may require an additional charge and more time. We do not take a separate one-piece sample order before confirmation of the full order.
How long does production take?
Bulk production commonly takes around 3–5 weeks after the required design approval, specifications and payment are completed. The actual timeframe depends on the design, order quantity and current production conditions. A first-jacket approval arrangement can add time. Tell us your deadline when you enquire.
