What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum depends on the product. Varsity jackets, bomber jackets, basic windbreakers, coach jackets and hoodies usually start at 12 pieces per design. Other jacket types may start at 24 pieces. Send us your requirements so we can confirm the minimum for your chosen style.
Can I order one sample jacket before placing a full order?
We can arrange a first jacket for approval after the full order has been confirmed. We do not accept a separate one-piece sample order before confirmation of the full order. Please tell us early if you need this arrangement, as it adds time to the overall schedule.
How much does a custom jacket cost?
We prepare a quotation for each project. The price depends on the quantity, fabric, design, decoration method, specifications and delivery requirements.
How long does production take?
Bulk production generally takes around 3–5 weeks after the required order details, approvals and payment are completed. The confirmed timeline depends on your product and specifications. If you have an event date, let us know when you enquire.
Can we order different sizes?
Yes, sizes can generally be mixed within an order. Tell us the size breakdown before production. Requests for different colours or designs within the same order depend on the product and quantities.
Do you deliver to worldwide?
Yes. We regularly coordinate delivery for customers in Malaysia and Singapore. We can also discuss shipping to other destinations.
