- Approve the order. Confirm the artwork, size breakdown and order details before production. A first piece for approval can be discussed after the full order is confirmed, if requested in advance.
- Production and delivery. We make the T-shirts to the approved specification and arrange shipment to the agreed destination.

Production commonly takes around 3–6 weeks after the order details, artwork approval and payment are completed. The actual timeframe depends on the design, quantity and current production conditions. Tell us your event date early.
Can we order one T-shirt as a sample first?
We do not take a separate one-piece sample order before a full order is confirmed. If you need a first piece for approval as part of a confirmed group order, discuss it with us before placing the order; it can add cost and time.
