Discuss the weight, feel and appearance you prefer. Drill fabric is one option for structured workwear; other materials can be reviewed based on your design and intended use. Pockets and Practical Details
Tell us what the wearer needs to carry and where the pockets should sit. Depending on the design, we can discuss chest or side pockets, an inner pocket, pocket closures, lining and other requested details. Please share your reference or sketch so these features can be reviewed before quotation.
Logo and Branding
Add your company logo, department name or other identification where suitable. We will review the artwork, decoration method, placement and size in the mockup or specification before production.
Reflective Details When Required
If your project calls for reflective tape or contrasting colours, send us the placement and technical requirements. We will check what can be made for the proposed design. Any required performance specification or certification must be identified and verified for the particular order; a customised jacket is not automatically certified safety equipment.

- Confirm the full order. We proceed after the required order details, design approval and payment are completed. If one jacket is needed first for approval, arrange this as part of the confirmed full order before scheduling production.
- Production and delivery. We make the jackets to the approved specification, check the order and arrange shipment to the agreed destination.

Can we mix sizes in one order?
Yes, sizes can generally be mixed within the same approved design. Please use the applicable size chart and confirm the final size breakdown before production.
Can you make one work jacket first for approval?
A first jacket can be arranged after the full order is confirmed, if requested in advance. This may involve an additional charge and extra time. We do not accept a separate one-piece sample order before the full order is confirmed.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes around 3–8 weeks after the required specifications, design approval and payment are completed. The actual timeframe depends on the design, quantity and current production conditions. A first-jacket approval stage may add time, so please tell us your deadline early.
Can you add reflective tape or follow our technical specification?
Share your required layout and any performance or certification requirements before quotation. We will review the materials and construction that can be offered for that project. The final specification must be confirmed before production.
