How Our OEM Workflow Works

We keep it simple and organised:

Spec confirmation – design placement, sizing approach, decoration method
Material selection – fabric and trims
Sampling (recommended for new brands) – to lock quality and fit
Bulk production – based on approved specs
QC + packing – check finishing before dispatch
Shipping – delivered to your location

Sampling & Minimum Order

MOQ depends on product type and customisation level.

For most new brands, we strongly recommend starting with a sample (or a structured first batch) to confirm:

Fit and sizing
Fabric feel
Colour matching
Decoration finishing

Once the sample is approved, your bulk production becomes much smoother.

But we are very clear: Sample Kit is mandatory.
