OEM & Private Label Manufacturing
If you are building a clothing brand, you do not just need a tailor.
You need a system — clear costing, reliable quality, and repeatable production.
At Eraine Clothing, we help founders, resellers, and SME owners bring their designs to life through OEM & Private Label manufacturing. Production is managed with a proper workflow, so you can focus on sales, marketing, and growing your brand.
What is OEM?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means you bring your brand and product direction, and we handle the manufacturing based on agreed specifications.
Your customer sees your brand — not ours.
What is Private Label?
Private label means we produce apparel under your label identity — including label/tag options and packaging requirements (based on your needs).
It is built for repeat orders and consistent branding.
Who This Is For
Best fit:
- Startup clothing brands
- Online sellers building a proper brand
- SME owners expanding product lines
- Resellers who want consistent supply
- Communities launching merch with a brand feel
Not the best fit (yet):
- Pure price-shopping without clear direction
- One-time small event orders (better on our bulk pages)
- Orders with no sizing plan or target market
Tip: If you are still “blank”, that’s okay — we can guide you to organise your plan.
What We Can Produce
We specialise in custom outerwear and team apparel — the kind of items that need good structure and finishing:
- Varsity jackets
- Bomber jackets
- Corporate / executive jackets
- Hoodies & sweatshirts
- Work shirts & uniforms
- Windbreakers
Brand Customisation Options
Brand identity:
- Woven label / printed neck label
- Hang tags (your brand)
- Size labels
- Packaging options (on request)
Decoration:
- Embroidery
- Chenille
- Appliqué / patch
- DTF heat press printing
How Our OEM Workflow Works
We keep it simple and organised:
- Project brief – product type, target market, quantity target
- Spec confirmation – design placement, sizing approach, decoration method
- Material selection – fabric and trims
- Sampling (recommended for new brands) – to lock quality and fit
- Bulk production – based on approved specs
- QC + packing – check finishing before dispatch
- Shipping – delivered to your location
This is how we keep repeat orders consistent.
Sampling & Minimum Order
MOQ depends on product type and customisation level.
For most new brands, we strongly recommend starting with a sample (or a structured first batch) to confirm:
- Fit and sizing
- Fabric feel
- Colour matching
- Decoration finishing
Once the sample is approved, your bulk production becomes much smoother.
Become an Agent / Reseller
If you want to sell custom jackets as a business (not just “try-try”), we welcome partners.
But we are very clear: Sample Kit is mandatory.
Not to make it difficult — but because it makes you easier to close deals.
Why Sample Kit is Required
- Customers trust you faster when you can show real samples
- You can explain fabric, sizing, and finishing confidently
- Less back-and-forth, less “ghosting” after price is given
- You look like a serious business partner, not a middleman
Who is suitable to apply?
- SME owners who already have market
- People who want to build a long-term side income
- Teamwear / uniform sellers
- Those who are ready to learn specs & process
