How to make an order?
Tell us what type of clothes, quantity and show us the design or at least describe about the clothes design. We will quote the price base on information provided.
How to create the design?
There are 3 ways to create the design and then place an order.
- Use our Design Lab
- Use our template to create the design, you can create your design using Adobe Illustrator.
- Just do the sketch on paper.
What is the minimum order quantity of clothing?
The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces of clothing per design.
How long is the turnaround time ?
The turnaround time is around 3 to 8 weeks, totally depending on the type of clothing, order quantity, clothing design and also the condition of our production when you make an order. We will consult you when you make an order.
What is the payment method do you accept?
We accept payment by these methods:
- Within Malaysia
- Local bank transfer
- Outside Malaysia
- International bank transfer
Can I mix colours and designs in my order?
For every group order of custom made clothing, all the jacket colour, design and specification must be the same. Only the sizes can be mixed.
